About the Event
Recent unrest around racial inequalities in America has awakened corporate concerns around the experiences of Black people in corporate spaces. Corporate America needs to awaken to the challenges faced by black professionals. Black professionals are more likely to encounter prejudice and microaggressions than any other racial or ethnic group in the workplace. They are also less likely than their white counterparts to have access to senior leaders and support from their managers. Yet few white professionals see what their black colleagues are up against. Join us for a candid discussion on these experiences as well as the joys of being Black in corporate spaces.
